Hat Sizing Guide

Discover your ideal fit with our hat sizing guide. Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head just above the ears — the widest part where your hat will sit comfortably.

If your measurement is in between sizes (e.g. 56.5 cm), we recommend rounding up to the nearest whole size (e.g. 57 cm). Please note that as our hats are handmade, slight variations may exist between items.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unworn and unused items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned via registered Australia Post to ensure safe delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage, and refunds do not include original shipping costs. Green Duck Society reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our returns criteria.
